This feature is only available when displaying surveys on the Order Status Page of your Online Store!
How do I set this up?
To display a survey specifically for returning customers, start by creating a new survey.
If you need a refresher on how to create a new survey, please follow our setting up your survey question article.
Once your survey has been created, stay within or return to the editing screen of the survey.
To enable the survey for returning customers only, select the Manage Visibility settings towards the top right of the editing page:
Now select the Returning Customers option. If you don't already have a survey published on your order status page, then the dropdown will appear as follows:
If you do have a survey already published on your order status page, then a message will appear similar to the following:
This will result in 2 surveys being shown on the order status page. One to All Customers and one to Returning Customers.

Click on Save Survey.
That's it!
Yep, that's it. Returning customers will now receive this survey after they checkout on your online store.
