Grapevine Surveys is a flexible surveying tool that can be deployed to gain attribution insight, collect customer feedback and gauge customer satisfaction, all from within a single survey.
Each question within a multi-question survey can be of a different type if required, with configurable settings for each question. Using our intuitive survey editor, creating multi-question surveys is quick and simple.
Please Note:
Any survey created prior to Wednesday 10th January 2024 is only editable as a single-question survey.
To create a multi-question survey, create a 'new survey' from within the app. All new surveys will use the multi-question survey format, even if you only require a single-question survey.
We are unable to convert single-question surveys into multi-question surveys and retain the response and impression data.
If you would like help to re-create your single-question survey as a multi-question survey, please get in touch so that we can assist you.
