Your Standalone Page surveys can now be accessed for quick customer feedback by linking them within Shopify POS tiles. This method of survey delivery is perfect for when you would like to request customer feedback without requiring them to have placed an order.

Why use Standalone surveys on POS?
There are several reasons why you may wish to use Standalone Survey pages on your Shopify POS:
- Surveys are unrelated to orders
- Surveys can be anonymous
- Fast one-tap access to additional surveys separate to your main post-purchase POS survey.
Please Note:
If you would like your Standalone surveys to be anonymous then you will need to make sure that the Enable name and email fields setting has been unchecked within the survey editor prior to following the rest of this article.
Steps
1. You may wish to have the unique URL of your Standalone Survey Page copied to your POS device's clipboard prior to following the additional steps below.

2. Within Shopify POS click the Add tile button:
3. Select the Link option for the new tile:
4. Enter your Standalone Page Survey link into the URL field. If you managed to copy the link to your POS device's clipboard prior to starting then you can now paste the link by long pressing within the URL field. Name your survey and then click Save!
4. Your new Survey Tile has been created.
5. Clicking on the tile will now open the survey instantly, ready to collect your customer feedback:
That's it! You are now ready to quickly collect customer feedback with the click of one button!
