The multiple-choice question type allows you to present the respondent with a list of possible answer options to a question, much the same as our single-choice questions type. Unlike our single-choice question type, however, customers can choose as many of the answer options as they like. This allows you to gain additional insight from respondents and can minimise the risk of incomplete or inaccurate responses.
You will find the Multiple choice option when creating a new survey or adding a new question to an existing survey:
Please Note:
Sub-options are not available within multiple-choice questions.
The setup for a multiple-choice question type is quite simple and intuitive, much the same as it is for a single-choice question.
An "Other" option can also be added to the survey question, giving customers the opportunity to provide their own response if your predefined options don't fit.

Multiple-choice responses
Where multiple options are selected as the answer to a question, you will see the submitted options as a comma separated string:
If the Other option has been selected as one of the multiple-choice answers, answers, you will see (* other) at the end of that answer.
