Each Grapevine survey response received is linked to an Order ID in your store. The following information is stored against each survey submission:
Submission response: The survey response provided by the customer
Order value: The value of the order associated with the survey response
Capture date: The date the survey response was submitted
Customer details: The name and email address of the customer that submitted the survey response
All of the submissions for a survey can be seen via the View Responses button:
Filtering the submissions view
The View Responses view can filter survey responses by the following criteria:
- a specific date range
- a specific customer first name, last name or email address
- Shopify Order Id or Shopify Customer Id
- survey Channel (OSP, POS, ReCharge, Landing Page)
- a specific survey response
Filter submissions by date range
To filter your responses by date, simply click on the Date range filter button which by default displays as Last 30 days. Adjust the range to one of the pre-defined time periods or select a date range that suits your needs by selecting the Custom option and then assigning a start and end date on the calendar. Then click the Apply button:
Filter submissions by customer data:
(first name, last name, email address, Shopify Order Id or Shopify Customer Id)
If you need to search for a specific customer response, you can use the search box provided. This search filed will look at a customer's first name, last name, email address, Shopify Order Id or Shopify Customer Id for a match.
Filter submissions by survey response
You can see all Customers that selected the same survey response by clicking the Answer dropdown and choosing a response option.
Filter submissions by survey Channel
You can see all Customers that submitted via the same survey channel by clicking the Channel dropdown and selecting an option:
