The Grapevine post-purchase survey question is intended to be a quick and easy single survey question for your customers to answer immediately after they have made a purchase on your store.
We have been discussing adding the ability to ask multiple questions, but as yet, we have not taken the decision to do so.
We feel that Customers are keen to go about their business once they've placed an order, so keeping the survey simple should make it more likely for them to submit an answer.
Grapevine update brings new features...
In our recent update to Grapevine, we have introduced new features into both the Base and Extra plans that may bring the functionality you're looking for.
Archive Old Surveys - (Base plan)
You can now create new surveys to replace old questions, instead of having to re-word your existing survey! So if you like to change the survey question from time to time, this feature provides you with the ability to deactivate a live survey and replace it with another one. All the reports and responses are stored against that survey, instead of the question data being reset.
So, if you would like to ask a different question, simply create a new survey. Although limited to one survey question on the Base plan, you can create multiple surveys and activate and deactivate them throughout the year.

Multiple Surveys - (Extra plan)
With the Multiple Surveys feature, you can now utilise different survey questions across multiple channels. The Channels currently supported are the Order Status Page (OSP), Point of Sale (POS) and ReCharge Legacy Checkout.
