As this is a post-purchase survey, the survey appears on the Order Status Page once the customer has completed their checkout.
Although we have been asked many times, we have not adapted the app to allow the survey to appear before the checkout as we feel that it could affect the checkout flow.
We try to do everything we can to avoid contributing to abandoned carts, which is why this is only a post-purchase survey.
Grapevine also has a survey reminder feature where you can integrate a piece of code into your Shipping Notification email for those customers that have not yet left a response. This could help you to collect more submissions from your survey. Please take a look at our article on survey reminders for more information.
