The visibility of your survey across different channels can be controlled via the Manage Visibility dropdown within the Survey builder.
If you wish to collect survey responses via Shopify POS only and wish to prevent the survey from displaying on the Shopify Order Status Page, then make sure that the Order Status Page (POS) channel is unchecked:
Remember to Save the survey! A POS channel tag for each active location will be displayed next to the survey name:
Thats it! Your survey will now appear after a successful Shopify POS checkout but will not be shown after Online purchases.
Surveys can also be set to specific POS locations with each location displaying a different survey if you should wish. This is useful if you would like to ask location specific questions. Please see the following guide for more details: Can I have a different survey for each POS location?
